Jack A. Kooreman, 50, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 5, 2019 at his home. He was born on July 1, 1969 in Columbia, Missouri to Thomas and Olga Kooreman.
Jack was a Quality Review Specialist for the Department of Veteran Affairs for 22 years.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda; daughter, Chloe; his parents, Tom and Olga; and his twin brother Harold; along with many other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 10 at 5 p.m. at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W Moore Chapel. Friends may come and share stories from 3 p.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Dream Foundation in Jack’s memory.

My thoughts and prayers are with Jack’s family. He was a great friend and mentor while I was at the VA. He was always happy to help me with any questions that I had. He will be missed.
